Just a short note to say that as I live in the UK cannot currently buy Carb Shock (even though I signed up, waited, tried to order and was near the front of the queue) so I had a bash at making my own home brew version.Some feedback to Kiefer's team -> Good Work! Seems to help recovery and I agree with his point that you really 'feel it'.JJ

Be careful with the Fenugreek extract. I put too much in once and it threw me hypoglycemic haha.

Where did you source the ingredients from? Myprotein or somewhere similar?

We definitely need Carb Shock in the UK!
