Just wanted to ask a quick question. Are you able to CBL if you don’t workout the same time everyday? I work different times, which allow me to workout at the “sweet spot” 4-6 pm sometimes, but want to workout earlier on my days off (i.e. 9am) to free up my day/afternoons. Can I still follow the regimes setup for the 4-6 pm and 9 a.m. workouts as written in the book and CBL at night?
