Diarrhea after Carb Nite

I’ve been doing Carb Nite since October and have had some slow but measurable progress. It’s not unusual to have a large bowel movement after carb night, but the last two times have produced a very severe diarrhea that has started around midnight on carb night and kept going all night long. It’s been two days where I’ve had less than 2 hours of sleep due to this. I’ve not eaten anything out of the ordinary compared to other carb nights. What is causing this and how can I prevent it?
