I’m currently doing CNS, and my sister is interested in starting. However, she has Graves’ disease (hyperthyroidism) and is wondering if this type of diet could have any negative effect on that condition.
Is there any research that anyone has seen on this? Any anecdotal evidence around the forum? Anything Dr. Rocky Patel has seen or worked with in his clinic that he has shared? Any links to info would be much appreciated!
