    Hey everyone ….

Im still pretty new to Carb Nite but am seeing results and am feeling so much better. I have a
question though about heavy cream and whipping cream. Are they one and the same???

I’ve NEVER been able to drink coffee but am curious about trying it again to get teh benefit of caffeine.

OR … should I try something else to get my caffeine fix?

    Thanks .. Jeff

Heavy cream and heavy whipping cream are the same thing.

According to Joy of Baking, whipping cream has a butterfat content of 30 percent. Heavy cream has a butterfat content of 36-40 percent. You can also find cream labeled heavy whipping cream, but it’s the same as heavy cream.Jun

Heavy cream and heavy whipping cream are the same, but “whipping cream” is a lighter grade cream. Whenever we talk about cream on these forums it means heavy whipping cream. Heavy whipping cream is the lowest in carbs and the highest in fat.
