Holiday Assessment – how "on track" were you?

    I stayed 100% on track. I planned on going off CNS, drinking, easting, and being merry for 7 to 10 days. That is exactly what I did... Felt like shit and I'm happy to be back on the program (except switching to CBL now), but at least I accomplished my goals!  😉

    This is really cool info. Between this thread and the one about goals for 2013 it'll be interesting to see how people do 6 months and 12 months from now – now that it's in writing.     The benefits of having a barbell set and rack at home were that I could train on Christmas morning after the kids opened presents and before company arrived and again on New Years eve before going to the party.  I'd say the biggest deviation for me was the alcohol.  I was able to maintain.
