    OMG…I got stuck for lunch today and reverted to a scoop of imitation crab salad from our cafeteria with a few veggies thinking it was a fairly good choice. NO….over 22 grams of carbs in an approx. serving. This means I will definitely be over my 30 grams of carbs for the day and I have started reorientation phase once again. I’m so disappointed. Shall I just do a HIIT workout after work today? Maybe that will help? Chalk it up to a learning experience?

    Imitation crab meat is a bunch of fillers and not a good source of food to have, with that being said you’ll be fine. Just continue being ULC and just go lift as normal.

    It’s alright, I almost purchased some at Sams Club thinking, “Oh this isn’t a bad price..” checked the carb count and WHEW…. nope. Whole lot of nope.
