It’s a sugar substitute and has 97 carbs per serving, 96 from chicory root fiber. I want to make peanut butter cookies with it, but I’m nervous about throwing 2 months of successful CNS out of whack. August 8, 2017 at 6:50 pm #491011 cloudybrainParticipant Yeh you’d be fine.. that’s a lot of fiber (inulin) though. But yeh, fiber cannot be broken down by human digestive enzymes. It just passes through you. As for Dave, if you’re on day 7, and its your first week.. you have to wait another 3 more days. The first period is 10 days, then 7 days after. And on carb nite, you eat food as a normal ULC day (ultra low carb), then around 6pm, you start your gorge.. about 3 filling carb meals).
