I haven’t been on this forum in ages because I no longer follow Carb Nite so I might be really late with this but has anybody seen it?

Just wondering if people are still going to follow this diet I guess.

Kiefer specifically addressed this on his personal Facebook page as well as the Body IO Facebook page.

To clarify for the idiots of the internet who cannot understand simple English, let me make it clear: The Insulin Hypothesis as it stands is incomplete. My new hypothesis is a far more rigorous and compelling reason that supports both Carb Nite and CBL, answers criticisms about CBL and Ketogenic diets and defines the dietary spectrum from ketogenic to CNS, CBL and the disease causing high-carb diet.

    Holy shit Dmunnee is alive?

Anyways it seems like Keifer has something good in store for CBL 2.0. Also that article doesn’t prove CBL to be “wrong” it just means that it’s more complex than simply controlling insulin.
