    Good Afternoon,
I was thinking of making a stew or curry type of a dish and was wondering if it okay for CNS? As we can’t eat CARBS, what about replacing it with vegetables that are allowed?
    Recipe:-
Any Red Meat with Fat (Beef/Lamb/Mutton/Goat) about 5lb
    1 Tbspn Cumin
    3 TeaSpoon Corriander
    1.5 Tbspm Turmeric
1 Tbspn Chilli powder or Smoked paprika or even both.
    5 Cloves Garlic crushed
    -No Onions-
Thats is and then pressure cook all that till Tender???

Please let me know what you think and if the recipe could or needs tweeking.

It’s an awesome idea, I was actually thinking of making a “stew” myself sometime soon.

However, you’re doing it wrong. You don’t have enough HOT spices in there.

Only joking (well, not really), it sounds delicious.

Sounds awesome to me too! And I’d add some onions. 🙂 You get up the 30 net carbs a day and by the time you portion out the spices and onions, it won’t be that many carbs.
