When to take t3

Is there a certain time you should take the t3 fuel like in the morning or does it matter?

J-p Schroeder (from FB) Everyone, I asked Kiefer for clarification on taking T3. He said do not take more than the recommend daily dose of 2 pills per day regardless of what he previously said in the T3 podcast. He will be providing clarification in a future podcast.

First thing in the morning….about 10-15 min before coffee.

Is it a good idea to start with just 1 per day and work up to 2?

I started taking 2 and was fine. I know of someone who had to split them up and after a couple weeks, she was able to take them at the same time.
