Tom SingletonParticipantHello fellow back loaders and niters! Pleasure to be here with you other enlightened people! StatsName: TomFrom: Surrey, EnglandAge: 25Weight: 78kgBf:10.5%Goal: building some serious but lean massBio: been bodybuilding for about 3 or 4 years now, started off pretty skinny but put on some decent weight by eating everything that wasn't nailed down on the advice of the old school stuff I found which led to too much fat gain (16%bf). Was always after that 70's body builder look so I had inadvertently started doing a type of carb nite, actually more like a carb day based on all the info I discovered about the way they ate back then. This got me pretty cut but I wasn't building any decent mass which then Led me to stumble across "the holy grail" of CBL! Have been following CBL for around 6months based on what I could find online before I actually bit the bullet an paid up for the e book which turned out to be the best decision probably ever made. So hi, if I can ever help out in anyway on here then I will. This is my average CBL meal plan at present, any constructive points welcome:Meal 1 7am: black coffee with 1tbl spoon of coconut oil, 10g whey isolateMeal 2 10am: steak, bacon or burger patty, 3 eggs. Baby leaf spinach. Meal 3 1pm: chicken, beef or pork, cheese, cottage cheese an salad. Meal 4 3:30: pre training black coffee, 2tbl spoon of coconut oil, 27g whey isolate. creatinetraining approx 4-5 Meal 5 post training = 94g maltodextrin, 27g whey isolate, creatine ethyl ester, 400-500ml semi skimmed milk (15g protein, 25g sugars) Meal 6 7:30pm: steak, fish or chicken with white potato or rice or pizza etcMeal 7 9-10pm: 40g whey isolate shake mixed with milk and a scoop or two of ice cream, and a desert like a bag of cookies or apple strudel etc. and a bowl of coco pops. Leading to bed for carb coma!
