I believe it has been helping me lose body fat. I did notice a change? I think? Gosh its hard to tell when you're already losing weight because of carb Nite.. But I do thing it was helping on top of that. Hard to say yet, I've only been doing it for a month. Give it a few more months and then ask that question again. I feel its still too soon to say.

im kinda in the same boat. i've been following the protocol he laid out in the nicotine article a while back (when you could still share the article to get full access), so i'm curious as to whether it's worth the money to possibly get a slight increase
