sipock98MemberGetting ready to order my supplements. Where do you guys normally order from? I've always used BB.com. What brands have you had success with?Omega 3MCTCarbs..i.e. Dextrose, etcWhey IsolateLeucineCaffeineCreatineProtein Hydrolysates

Brandon D ChristParticipantMost people on here use True Nutrition for protein and Amazon for pretty much everything else. Omega 3's - I just use NOW, but Carlson's is the recommended brand.MCT - NOWCarbs - To be honest I would just skip them in the PWO shake. Just eat real food later when you backload, Kiefer says this is fine to do. However, if you insist, you actually buy dextrose at a brewery store or use True Nutrition.Leucine - True NutritionCaffeine - Walmart, they sell pills under the name "Jet Alert" for real cheap. Coffee and sugar free energy drinks are fine too.Creatine - NOWHydrolysates - True Nutrition

TCBParticipantDextrose can often be found in the bulk section, or the baking aisle of a lot of grocery stores!

Hmm, I keep looking but maybe its time to actually ask someone who works there. I am getting to the point where I may start looking into what all I want in a pre/post workout shake and then buying in bulk after researching my choices. Its just such a big world out there in workout-shake land. :-

Both of my local natural markets I shop at have it in the bulk section for like $1.99/lb.. And the pre-packaged for exponentially more in the baking-ish aisle. Don't think I've seen it at like Safeway, but I haven't really looked.
