So last Friday was my 3rd carb nite and I've made liteProgression but I accidentally did another carb nite on thatsaturday so I did a back to back carb nites and on Sunday I felt tiger and my muscles felt new full - all in all I felt better. I will be doing it again this weekend but why did that happen? Have I not been ingesting enough carbs all this time? I've always been on a low carb diet

how do you “accidentally” do a CN? either way there are couple on here who have done B2B CNs with positive results.. also B2B CNs is similar to a couple other diet programs like the Anabolic Diet and a few others

Yes what do you mean by accidentally? Also to answer the question, yes we have a member making great progress with that method as well as shortened ULC days.

I used the B2B method for over 2 months, and had amazing results.  It is also easy to avoid any excess fat gain by makin sure on of the CNs, preferably the 2nd, is after a hard workout

May I ask why you stopped the back to back CN is you were having such good success? 🙂

I'm considering a transition into multiple CNs, and I'm curious if you could define "amazing results"?  Did you have gains in strength, extreme fat loss, higher energy?  Let me know, as fat loss is my primary goal and like many people here I'm all for tweaking my approach if the results will be more optimal.

I've done back to backs for the majority of the last 12 months – love it.

Have you noticed any halt in your progress?  Do you specifically time your workouts as well?I'd enjoy giving this a try if it didn't stand too far in the way of my progress.

The b2b don't halt my progress. I'm doing one Friday nights (lowfat and short) followed by a 2+hour workout on Saturday mornings. I do another Saturday night (fat, whatever and longer) followed by a 2+hour workout on Sunday mornings. I'm currently experimenting with decreasing the amount in Fridays and adding a light backload to Sunday night followed by a 90+minute workout on Mondays. I deplete fairly easily. If it doesn't work I'll resume the b2b on fri/sat only.
