Brandon D ChristParticipantOP Ive added about 5-6kg so far with CBL DB and gained very minimal fat. I think it definately helps as opposed to normal bulking protocols.
Did you backload every day or did you do something more of IBob style in a previous post where he only backloaded on workout days?
Most of the weight went on quickly by just decreasing fasting time (seriously important imo) and increasing my backloads on training days. I then added a small amount of carbs on off days but didnt actually add any weight from it. In fact I lost a bit of fat initially and maintained my weight. I think Im going to have to eat more often (no fasting) and increase off day calories/carbs in order to gain more.
I have experienced the same thing over the past few weeks. By adding an AM shake immediately in the morning and some eggs and butter an hour later, put on some pounds pretty quickly. Other than that, I haven't really increased food intake that much. Here is my post from the other thread:Here is for Density Bulking:October 2012, 176 lbsMarch 2013, 183 lbsIf you can't see the images it might be because you aren't a CBL member, but I don't see how that would matter.

Ah, yeah.. Looking at the tags, it's cuz when you upload through the board it associated the attachment with a thread. So if you can't view that thread, you can't view those attachments.Really good info in this thread, though. Thanks guys!

Gl;itch.eMemberThanks for that anecdote iBob. I dont know why I didnt think about adding something like the AM Accelerator back in. I havent had them for ages since I gave up on whey. Think Ill do a small casein shake in the morning with some cream or something.
