Still reading CBL 1.0 but couldn't help jumping ahead for a glimpse for the protocol on my situation. Maybe it will be more apparent when I read in context but for now I need the confusion cleared up. I workout early morning 3 x's per week. I will be doing the Strength Accumulation protocol. So I carb backload the evening before, then workout fasted and follow-up the workout with protein and 40 or so, highly glycemic” carbs in shake form. My question is, without a workout the following morning, do I backload the carbs or not on that evening?
