Past few days have been off days for me and I've been eating dinner around 6pm. By the time 10 rolls around I am STARVING. Any suggestions? Some Jerky, Cashews, Cheese?

You're doing the Prep Phase for the first time? Follow the basics of the CNS book. Eat ULC, under 30g carbs, these wouldn't hurt but eat more fat.

Coconut oil.  Melt it down, stir in some stevia and cocoa powder, refrigerate. Eat with spoon.

Add in some almond butter, pour into silicone cupcake molds and stick in freezer. Eat as pieces of fudge!Ideally a little bit of protein before bed is a good idea.

I eat a bowl of cottage cheese just about every night before bed. Sometimes a couple of walnuts too.

If you read the serving of the bar you don't need to eat the full serving one square or line maybe only a few carbs if you do the math.
