my first carb night is underway. I'm doing a carb day/evening because I don't stay up late, and I don't eat large amounts in one sitting. For me to get 6 to 8 hours of insulin spiking in, I have to start at like noon. So, game on. I stared at noonso far my CN has consisted of sushi - lotsfrozen yogurt - lotsI tried to keep meal number one low-ish in fat and high in sugar and both of those wereTHen I took a nap and woke up for some chips and salsa and hummus and carrots, finished with some nut/dried fruit mixdinner tonight will be fun since I'm not even full even though that listed alone is more than I usually eat in ONE meal on an ulc day. I eat very clean, very few carbs and low cals. I won't even eat carrots, not even one, on a ulc day and stick instead to meats, a little cheese, oils and lettuces i'm enjoying this diet. This one day will SAVE me all week and keep me on track for the next one.I'm looking into a CN every five days after a bit. I only had about ten pounds (max) that this lovely midlife deal packed upon me. I am close to the BW percent and scale reading that I want. I will eitherdo two CNs per week, for shorter times (more like carb meals than nights) or..Every five days whichever day they land on but I like that idea less. This weekend thing goes well with my work, life and social calendarRight now, it's CN and i'm in!
