So I started CBL a little over a week ago.I train in the evening,8-9 pmI have been very good about cutting out the carbs for the first half of the day.Pretty much follow the "Upon Waking" meal instructions,don't have the breakfast meal,But have a pretty hearty 40g protein 50g fat,10g carb lunch.No problem with hunger,water for beverage during the day.So,next feeding time is dinner,usually sometime 6-7pm depending on travel from work.So,I have my shake and a pretty good meat and starchy meal.So,then I figure,I'll train after all that settles in my stomach. So,then I relax on the couch to calm my mind and maybe do a little pre-workout visualization.Then,it happens.I open my eyes and it is 1 a.m.Somehow,I fell asleep.And not your normal cat nap.But a full-on alien abduction,erase the memory kind of sleep.I don't remember a thing,or what happened,or who the hell I am.This has happened twice in the last week...I mean,what the hell,man?
