These questions might seem dumb but bear with me. 🙂As stated in the topic I'm currently on CNS. But as a powerlifter I can't stay on this forever. That is why I am looking into CBL. So I read the book a few times and came to the conclusion that when I'm shifting to CBL I'll do SA. And that raises the first question. Not knowing if my english is just shitty, but i failed to understand the thing about baseline carbs. It says in the book that after establishing baseline carbs (Where you neither gain nor loose) it is easy to modify carb lvls. for SA go DB. How? (The mirror?)And the thing about your target weight. Any good ideas as to how you figure that out, without lying in a water tank to establish body fat?Hope the questions aren't totally nooooobish. Just trying to figure shit out. /Kenoah
