Can you dumb this down for me guys?Do I need a couple of proteins and whey?Of course I need a PWO with creatine,Leucine and dextrose. No problem.I'm thinking that a decent whey protein is good enough? But how about the first thing in the morning small protein drink? And how about the drink I'm supposed to be having with meals? Not sure how critical the isolates, hydrolysates, casein, etc. is with everything.Density bulking.I kind of need the powder in the routine, some days it just isn't realistic for me to get a ton of whole food.

i'd just use whey. I highly doubt you would tell a difference between getting a hydro or any other expensive protein…

I am running out,so I was going to get this http://www.smartpowders.com/scivation-whey-special.html,as recommended by Trevorxgage. But,it is flavored with Ace-K.So,I'm figuring I need something else first thing in the morning.

aren't you doing DB? i wouldn't worry to much about it unless you are using more than a single scoop in the AM

I wouldn't worry about it even if you weren't on DB.  If it does worry you, I would just skip it.

I have just been using straight whey isolate, sometimes CFM or Microfiltered…whatever I can get at a decent price.  I sometimes use Isopure Zero carb as well.  I assumed Isolate was the minimum whey protein to go with, what's your opinion?

I think it's probably fine.  Ive tried many brands, and have stuck with Whey Factors.  2g carbs, also decently priced
