Hey trev give me your opinion on a custom blend. 40% peptopro 30% hydro whey and 30% hydro egg white

I don't particularly like doing custom blends, but that seems fine. Why the egg white rather then more hydro whey or intact casein?

Ehhh I just kinda wantes to make an ultra super hydro blend. I was hearing good stuff bout hyrdo egg white so I said why not. It should be some pretty solid absorbing
