Hello, I just got the CBL book and literally started my first of 10 day prep phase today. I have been doing HST for 5 weeks now. I have it setup as 12, 8, 5, 3. I just wanted to know if this type of workout will work. I figure since I am on the sets of 5 it should but thought i should ask. I also am deployed so food selection and ability to get ahold of things is harder than usual. The only whey isolate I have is ON gold standard whey. 24g protein, 3g carbs, will this be a problem? Also in terms of leucine all I have is Scivation X-tend. Any words of wisdom would help greatly. Thanks!
