Hi guys and gals, After a quick pointer, and probably already know the answer but anyway.....Stats are:Male5'972KgBeen doing the CN solution for the last 3 months and seen some good results (including working out), switched to CBL this week with last night being first carbload (working out am). To cut a long story short find myslelf in the situation where I'm going to be eating carbs sat early afternoon (thanks to the misses and her friends :P) about 2ish..is there anyway I can incorporate these without having to do the whole prep phase again, guessing probably not, but thought i'd put it out there anyway.CheersWes
