Hey guysAnyone know the best way to tackle induction while in the midst of heavy duty off season training? I am Leary of the 2 weeks of potential losses when I need to be building...but I really like kiefers system....so I want to use it for building...then return to cns for leaning down further for the comp. was wondering if a banana after the workout would help in lean gains, or if it would mess with a successful induction.Thanks in advance for any insights!!!!!Train hard!!!!!!
You won't lose muscle if you eat enough. If you want to shorten the prep phase, do HIIT for the first three days. That should shorten it to a week.
