Here's a little about myself 😉Background:-Male-5'8'-Approx. 12-14% Body Fat(My target is to reach 8% by February)-72.5kg/160lbs-Used to be a fat kid since childhood(was 90kg 1 1/2 year ago)-Studying for a bachelor degree now-Currently on week 3 of CBL(During the prep phase I lost about 3.5kg/7lbs,From 75kg/165lbs-71.5kg/158lbs)I've some question regarding CBL:1)Does CBL have a carb load window,for example 2 hours after starting to load?2)Can I fast more than 12 hours?Thanks in advance to whom may answer my question 🙂
