I like adding butter to my coffee for extra calories, but I make coffee in my office so I can't blend it in a blender.  Previously I was making MDA coffee with butter and I discovered that the lecithin in the egg yolks allows the butter to emulsify in the coffee.  If you ever tried to make butter, coconut oil, or MCT oil coffee by just stirring, you probably discovered that the oil stays on top and doesn't mix well in the coffee.  Well I discovered that you can buy soy lecithin powder online and get the same effect as the MDA coffee without the disgusting egg taste in the coffee.I purchased it here:  http://www.modernistpantry.com/soy-lecithin-powder.htmlNow some of you may be hesitant to use it because it's from soy, but you only need to add 1 gram (maybe even less) per cup of coffee for the emulsion.  You will get a little bit of trace soybean oil (350 mg according to Kresser), but you will also get some choline too.  Here is Kresser on Soy Lecithin: http://chriskresser.com/harmful-or-harmless-soy-lecithinAlso they sell lecithin granules on Amazon.  These DO NOT work.  They don't dissolve like the powder does.

    get GMO-free stuff!

I couldn't imagine what would happen if I didn't use dextrose or corn syrup for my backloads. Probably it would fuck me up mentally eating all those starchy foods or using sugar while neglecting the fructose consumption and gaining pure fat.By the way, I hate GMOs and also aware of the dangers, yet lets be honest it's impossible to keep yourself completely away from those. I made a deal with myself though, since it's impossible to avoid from GMOs and the effects of consumption not known for now, I prefer to consume GMO products that buff my physique, instead of consuming "natural" fructose that have been proven to cause arteriosclerosis, obesity and cancer.

TrueNutrition has an organic-rice gmo-free dextrose, if I recall correctly…
