yep, not so interested in gaining strenght or muscle. Those are obviously desirable gains but I've been there, done that. I'm thinking of a modified CNS diet pretty soon so reading CBL is helping me decide how and where to start with the modifications, which will take time to get right but I love trying, logging, recording, tweaking and all that. I would like to start with two CNs a week and smaller. Gnomer, do you mean smaller in quantity of carbs AND the window you get them? LIke maybe four hours and half the carbs every fifth day? That sounds like a plan I could go with. I do lift and not light but it's only 3x per week right now. I do HIIT the first two days and I might come off that to one and add a weights session....not sure but I'm thinkin' thinkin' always thinking
