So I have a bunch of little questions that I was hoping more experienced people could answer. Sorry in advance because its kind of a lot. I appreciate any help that you can give me.I am doing Strength accumulation because a little fat loss Is important to me. 1. Should I still include 10g of whey isolate in my AM accelerator shake? Will this spike insulin or does the fat prevent that? Also is there an advantage to putting 1 TBS of Coconut oil in it rather than just heavy whipping cream? 2. I have a lot of BCAA powder. Should I avoid BCAA powder throughout the low carb portion of the day because it will potentially spike insulin and save it for the back loading portion of the day. Leucine is suggested with all meals during the backload and is it okay if my leucine comes from the BCAA powder. 3. I read that eggs can spike insulin. I also read its okay to eat them just make sure its with fat. So If I wake up around 7:30 am can I eat 4 eggs with bacon and cheese around 10:30 or 11 ish and be okay?4. Fish oil is extremely important. I'm trying to get 10g of omega 3 a day at least. My capsules are about 300 mg of omega 3 per capsule. Is it okay to just spread this evenly throughout the day. Is it okay to have some with my AM accelerator shake at 7:30am? So I would be doing the Coconut oil or Heavy Crème and Fish Oil? 5. Should I keep my fat intake higher in the first half of the day and keep it minimal for the backload portion after working out? If the point is to spike insulin high several times will eating too much fat inhibit that some what?6. I take a fiber supplement. Is it okay to include that in the first half of the day or should I wait until after my workout? Like can I put fiber in my AM accelerator shake?7. Can I do too much coconut oil?Once again sorry for all the questions but I appreciate any help that I can get. Thank you.

If the point is to spike insulin high several times will eating too much fat inhibit that some what?Getting the majority of the fats during the day is very ideal yes. And depends.6. Not if you were ingesting it post workout. Leucine is recommended even on ULC days PWO to get a carbless insulin spike. However, if you were sedentary that day, have some bacon with your eggs and don't take Leucine by itself.Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
