Has anyone successfully used CBL SA to prep for a BB comp?I've prepped using a traditional 2 days no carbs, 1 day low carb diet and got down to about 8% but lost a ton of strength and was hazy brained for weeks.I want to get down to 5-6% for a March 15th show and I really want to do it using SA. Have been on SA since mid Dec and other than a few cheat days around xmas and new years, I'm sitting around 215lbs and about 11-12% BF. Just finished a 7 day detox (because of xmas/new years) and running back-loads on training days only, keeping carbs to Jasmine rice only at this stage. Thinking perhaps I keep backloads light i.e. one carb meal only following PWO shake (and no dirty carbs), perhaps go ULC on small muscle group days, keep fat intake low based on how I'm feeling energy level wise, etc.Any advice or experiences shared welcomed!
