adibuenoMemberhi this is my first post. 8)i have been on cns for 6 weeksi am 38 years oldabout 76kg172 cm high. last week i had a fat % check that was about 17-18%.i don't see much progress although i keep strict ulc days that have about:15-25gr carbs170-200gr proteinfat average of 90-100grcarbs are mainly from veggieseggssome milk in the coffe here and therecarb nite once a week in about 400gr. eating fruity pebbleswhite ricesometimes some gf cookiescorn....i workout about 5-6 times a week mainly resistance (starting streangth) and about 1-2 metconsso why do i see such slow progress?too much workout?too much fat?too little calories?do carb nite more then once in 7 days?each week i try to change one parameter to see what is different and maybe accelerate fat lose.but still not successthanks in advace for each replayadi

PunmasterMemberlol like anything in life books are written with the average guy in mind and should be used as a guideline. Expert level application of anything requires experimentation so switch things up a bit

gilley.daniel1MemberYeah, cheese, salami, coconut oil, MCT oil, fattier meats like pork, more butter on vegetables. Just stuff like that.

adibuenoMemberafter a week of ajusting the ratio , i have succeeded to break the stall.i stuck to 1:.5 ratio all along the week. becuase i got more hungry i consumed veggies up to 30gr carb per daythe avarge daily calories got down from about 2000 to 1300-1400hope to keep this up becuase i didnt eat any salamicheese...only meatveggies and eggs

I would honestly have fat higher. I'd drop protein to 120-140g and fat at 100-130g.However this is just what'd I'd recommend so don't feel you have to if what you are doing is working.Most people just don't need to eat near as much protein as they do and have better hunger control with lower protein and higher fat.
