Just thought I'd share so you all can get a good laugh at my expense. 🙂I have done CN before, took a break, and started it up again. Finished the prep phase, on the 10th, my first carb night of this cycle.I have been fairly consistent with my weight training, and have slowly been upping it. I pushed myself HARD on the CN day, and worked out every muscle group to the point of exhaustion. I then went and sat down, ate an 8oz sirloin for protein, then put down 4 glazed donuts and a grande starbucks frappucino. That was a bad idea... I started feeling sick within a minute of finishing and proceeded to projectile vomit all over my bathroom. Luckily 90% of it made it to the toilet. I felt like a real champ. Just thought I'd share. 🙂 Everyone have a good night!Tommy Boy
