conny8412MemberWhat's the recommended amount of creatine mono on carb nite ULC days for PWO? I do 30g whey isolate and 5g of leucine currently. Just bought creapure from true nutrition so I wasn't sure how many grams of that I should include…Before its mentioned, i did read the creatine article. 25/30grams of creatine just seems a bit much when trying to lean out but maybe im wrong? i Weigh about 225 now and dont want to drop below 215/210. Do you guys take your whole dosage in 1 shake or split it? I assumed post workout was optimal but wasnt sure how itd taste mixed in with my whey and leucine...Let me know your thoughts

Thanks Tex! Usually train after work 4/5 times a week pretty heavy. Always right around 630 every night and ill have a PWO and then dinner following. You think the 5g is enough for me considering my weight and what not? I knew 30g seemed a bit high. I didnt even take that much when i was in college playing football still.

I believe it might be a good place, maybe between 5-10g, I do NOT want to go against what Kiefer has put time and effort into his research and articles though. I just feel that for me 5g a day was just right.

If you're consuming a whey shake on off days, then by all means add it in there, though me personally I don't consume creatine while taking off from the weights. I wouldn't think taking some would hurt.
