Okay, so do you hardcore track or something you're picking up at the moment? I would honestly say to just eat meats and veggies (<—If you wanted, not a main concern), while adding fats (butter, coconut oils, red palm oil, bacon grease, ghee) to any lean cuts of meat and perhaps grilled meats. IF you do want to track, then hitting the amount you have is a GREAT starting point. While it shouldn't be consistent, nor worried about hitting a specific number each day, it is a good starting point.

Thanks Big Tex. I have been keeping exact track (as much as possible) in myfitnesspal. I will make sure not to be to anal about hitting stuff exactly. (Wife gets all over me for that)I was mostly worried about the number of carbs one should take in during the carb nite. The carb nite seems to have gone well. I am up 5lbs since then but its only been 2 days. (at this point im not to worried about that. I have 5 days left to lose those 5lbs and hopefully 2 or 3 more 🙂 )thanks for looking htose over!
