Well if you try it let us know how it goes. Personally after trying a few biotest products Im very sceptical of their promises.

Definitely let us know what you think. However, supplements are a small aid past the first two things on glitche's list. Biotest makes some quality shit but it is insanely overpriced vs. if you went to other sources and bought the components yourself. I generally dislike how tnation puts out these exercise programs that require 400 bucks a month worth of supplements in order for you to make progress with their programs. Other than that tnation has fantastic contributors.Omar in regards to knowing your stuff. I encourage you to watch this series by Brandon Lilly and Paul Carter when you have some time. Brandon has been training for around 16 years and Paul around 25 years. It is about a hour total but full of good information. A key thing I took away from it was their comments on when you think you know your stuff, you probably have a ton more to learn.

omar57ParticipantI will definitely watch them. And I know in this sport you never stop learning, I always appreciate more knowledge about training and nutrition.
