Is there any correlation between the level of ketones in the blood and glycogen depletion? For example, if according to my blood tester I have glucose 75 and ketones 1.8 -- does it mean that my body almost has no glycogen in tanks?

If you consume mct oil or coconut oil that can raise your blood ketones without being glycogen depleted.  Another thing to consider is glycogen depletion in the liver vs muscles?  This adds some complexity to your question.

Are you concerned about emptying the tank? (you shouldn't be)

I'm concerned whether I exercise enough to be ready for CarbNite fully.

CNS was written for sedentary females. If you exercise at all you are going above what the protocol requires. I wouldn't be concerned.

If you did the prep phase while training, you should be fine with exercising ULC

Glycogen depletion is not the end goal for a successful carb nite.  The purpose of being in ketosis long enough is the down regulation of the enzyme that enables de novo lipogenesis which is the conversion of carbs to fat.  It's really hard to know for sure if that enzyme is down regulated or not in your body. You don't need to exercise for carb nite because the purpose of carb nite is to get a big sustained insulin spike which will in turn spike your longer term hormones that the body uses to measure energy availability.  If you do resistance training before your carb nites you are getting into Kiefer's carb backloading theory.  That is a good thing.  It will help with carb disposal.  If you don't resistance train before carb nite then your body will need to find other ways to dispose of the excess glucose in your blood.  That is not a big deal because you are only spiking your blood sugar once a week for carb nite.  Your body shouldn't have any trouble handling that stress.
