I guess I have never really thought about this topic before.I am curious as to what biologically is happening when someone doesnt lose weight, but loses inches.Lets say its not muscle loss or gain. (IE they are not working out enough to gain muscle but enough to not lose any)It shouldn't be water because that would cause a weight change? It shouldn't be muscle (see above).This is more of a general question than anything specific.I see posts all the time asking if your clothes fit better and not to watch the scale etc. But how does that actually work? Where do those inches go?Thanks!
