Does drinking all the shakes have to be done to see results, mainly body fat loss and keeping it off? I can't afford to buy and keep supplied all the needed protein powders.
Take a PWO shake of 20 g whey and 5 g leucine. All the fancy hydrolysates give you a tiny edge, but if you are strapped for cash I would ditch them if you are on a tight budget. This is especially true if fat loss is your number one concern.
whats the ratio of the BCAA powder. Most likely the powder you have will work just fine. In any workout/nutrition program supplements are a small added benefit and are in no way necessary.
