So after reading Keifers book Carb back-loading, he never discusses what macros a person should try to achieve. More or less meal timing and crap carbs. But at the same time he recommends eating pizza and donuts, two food that are typically high fat. When fat typically slows down absorption, why does he suggest those if carb absorption is so important.Just trying to figure out the kinds of backloading foods i should lean toward.
