Charles T GrimsleyMemberAnother question: is AM training for the most part, for or against the goal of this topic? and why?? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
I wouldn't call it either. PM training is a little more suited to take advantage of eating carbs directly after resistance training. AM training won't do the same. However, getting sub 10% is probably 95% diet.

agentmadsParticipantbut am training takes no advantage of tGLUT translocation, right? but maybe burn more fat because of natural elevated cortisol? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

During training, yes you MAY burn a little bit more fat, but you have to look at the whole picture. I think you will handle the carbs much better if you train at night, which will pay dividends to your fat loss.

In the context of CBL, PM training is the best. However, I really don't think it matters all that much.

agentmadsParticipantWell, it's nice to be able to do a AM training because of some social stuff at night 🙂 Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

agentmadsParticipantAnother question also… Is it best skipping carbs in the PWO shake, and just go with whey isolate and leucine? For AM training! Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

Fuck the social activities. Just become a hermit like myself. You'll get better gains.Haha that was a joke. Seriously, it's not that big of a deal. Make the diet/training work for you and your lifestyle. The key to this game is consistency and dedication. You can't do either if you are always having to train at an inconvenient time.

agentmadsParticipantHaha, well that's true.. All my trainings is usually round 4-6 PM, so in the sweet spot. AM training is just at nice tool in my mind 🙂and, one of the beautiful things of CBL is that I don't need to bring my oatmeal to the movies, right 😉 (chill, I never eat oatmeal...)
