jwhKeymasterTrying to figure out if CBL will work for me. Have been on a low carb diet since Feb 2013 with time off for good behavior on a 2 week vacation during the summer. Weight loss came to a stop after so long on this. Thanksgiving (USA) through Jan 1 I just ate some stuff I wanted to try to reboot things with a goal of starting back up after the new year. During the low carb last year I ate what I felt like on Saturdays.I started Feb 2013 @ 223 lbs. I am at 181 right now so down 42 pounds so far doing low carb and the bootcamp. D+E = weight loss….not just E. Bootcamp started back Fed 2012….nothing dropped for a year.3 different kind of days1. Bootcamp @ 6:00 PM – on Monday and Thursday2. Bootcamp @ 9:00 AM – on Saturday3. No Bootcamp – maybe tennis or bike rideBootcamp is ran by a professor of Exercise Physiology…so lots of tinkering with what we doOne day Tabata, one day half strength half cardio, HIIT and then another day could be who knows what. But, it is not heavy lifting (unless you want it to be).So, after much reader I decided either CNS or CBL is the way to go.With the workout, do I lean CBL? Lately I feel kind of blah during the workout, just not enough energy. I lean towards CBL for that reason. My plan would be backloading on Thursday night and Saturday night.Sometimes we go to bootcamp on Wed instead so it might shift to Wed.A light CBL on Thursday night.Does that sound correct? I will be using CBL to drop more fat and get to around 165 lbs @ 6 foot tall male. I would like to increase strength but not bulk.Few other thingsCan I make shakes with Hood Low carb milk with Jay Robb Protein powder and MCT?I hate coffee- what do I do – do I take caffeine pills with breakfast?Anything guidance would be nice
