Hey guys!Pork rinds is a great snack food and it even got 0-1 g of carbs! I'm wondering if it fit within the ULC part of CBL/CN, because of the super high protein count. I know the protein is not a good source for muscle building, since it comes from skin of the pig. Regardless, is the protein able to elevate insulin, making it a bad choice for CBL/CN?

The difference is that you're only having a Pork Rind, we're having Pork Rinds! Plural! Haha. I bring this up because that is the first thing that was shown on the link.

Eat them, it's all good.  You can even crush them down to a powder and use as ultra low carb breading for chicken.

Why chicken? Use it on pork, or the Transformation Recipes Book, or stuff like that. Lean meats are not the end all be all while being ULC. You're trying to use fats as the fuel.
