I know its not as sexy as spending hundreds of dollars on a bunch of supplements but have you tried dieting and exercise? All the fat burners in the world wont help you (and can actually hurt your progress) if diet and exercise isnt optimized.
Yeah, lost about 35 pounds in less than a year. Went from probably greater than 30% to currently 12ish% body fat. So yeah, I've done some dieting and exercise. I recognize I'm a bit of a newbie but I wasn't looking for a mere shortcut/silver bullet without being willing to do the hard work. I wasn't looking to spend hundreds of dollars on fat burners but some common sense, inexpensive, safe fat burners might be a help.
