David M PopeParticipantAnyone out there using it on a regular basis? Any success and or lack-there-of? I've been using mine for around two weeks now and was just curious how others were faring with it. Does anyone use it as a tool to set up their training or moreso to just tell them that they're g2g as far as what they have planned for the day?

Brandon D ChristParticipantIt's a good tool, but really you don't need it. I own it and I rarely use it. Plus it can be a pain to get it to work. I don't think anyone here will get anything out of it.

Sounds like money saved for me then, but would still kinda be fun to have and check out.

David M PopeParticipantI have yet to recieve a red or amber, but have not been under extreme stress lately nore have I been pushing my physical capacaties above and beyond what I normally do.There will be points when I'm getting less sleep and have more on my plate where I'll be interested to see how it goes/what it tells me.

I only got red once. It happened when I had a super intense training session and got two crappy nights sleeps in a row. Other than that I was green pretty much every day except for a few ambers here and there.The Bioforce system is supposed to tell people when to back off, but I think for most people all it does is show that they can handle a lot more work in the gym than what they think they are capable of.

I would agree with that. I used to use it religiously, and It help me get a sense of how training affected HRV, however for the cost, I really cant see why it's worth it.
