Easier to transition f/Strength Accumulation to Density Bulking, or vice versa?

    I've been doing Carb Nite Solution for 13 months now (with a short break half way through), and have lost 75 pounds. I'm feeling great, but because weight and fat loss has gotten much harder to achieve this new year, I'm prepping to transition to Carb Back Loading.  I'm 6'3, 225 with about 15% body fat (always trying to get better at measuring), and am feeling like there's no obvious answer to the question of starting CBL with the goal of Strength Accumulation or Density Bulking.  I want to lose more weight (about 10lbs I'm guessing) and be trim, but am not aiming for a six pack.  I do want to gain a lot of muscle, but don't have big aspirations to be a big body builder.I'm guessing it doesn't make much difference if I start CBL with the goal of Strength Accumulation or Density Bulking. Either way I'll probably be spending much more time focused on Density Bulking. But I am wondering which of the two I should start off at.  Am I over thinking this? Does it make much difference?  Is it easier to make the transition from one of the goals to the other? Please share any opinions you have. I appreciate your input. Thanks.

    SA – Mostly to recomposition. (Lose fat, gain muscle) The trade off is that neither will be as fast as they COULD be if focused on solely.DB - To gain lean mass with little to no fat GAIN. (DB is unconcerned with losing fat, only preventing more)I would say transitioning from SA to DB would be easier, because you wouldn't need to do a prep phase. Depending upon how you've structured your DB setup, you'd likely want to redo a prep phase before beginning into SA. At least I would. (Side note: DB does not necessarily mean carbs every day. It can mean that, but on the whole, it means more food in general, less/no fasting, etc.)

    That makes sense. I'm probably gonna start off with SA.  I get impatient, wanting to focus on muscle gain now, but in the back of my head believe I should keep focus on weight loss till I get where I think I need to be, so I won't have to focus on it again. And, I'd rather not have to go through reorientation again. I know I could do it, but 10 days is a long time.  Thanks.
