Day 16.Zero change in pounds and inches. Starting to get real frustrated.

did you have a carb nite?

I've done two so far. Day after carb night I gain around 1.5-2 lbs. By the end of the day, it is gone because I drink a lot of water and use the bathroom often. But nothing has changed.  I feel like I'm maintaining. Inches still the same and the way my body looks hasn't changed. I would think I would see at least 1.5 lbs or a 1/4 inch difference somewhere.

What did you have for your carb nite? Most likely the issue is in your ULC days though. Based on what you posted before there isn't an issue with what you are eating. The next step would be to try altering how much. You could either be over eating or under eating. You should try adding some fat to increasing your intake by a couple hundred calories and the other side would be decreasing your protein to decrease your intake by a couple hundred calories.Do you look any leaner in the mirror? It has been two weeks so yes, you would assume there would be some change but you do exercise a lot...so my guess is that your body is going through recomposition or that you are under eating for how much you are exercising and your body is refusing to drop fat because of it.

I am assuming you weren't getting results on your previous diet?  That's why you switched?  It's possible that you have just hit a diet plateau.  There have been people that don't see results for a few weeks and then they start losing again.  This is especially true if you have been dieting for a long time.

Since the 1st post, I increased the fat and lowered the protein. I also decreased my working out to three days a week.  When I first started trying to lose weight, I was at 220. I was a former shot putter in college. So I was big and strong. Now that I'm retired from the sport, I wanted to lose weight. I've been stuck at 193 for 2 months before carb nite. I also bought a scale that measures weight, fat, muscle, water, and bone density. Everything has stayed the same. The inches and photos haven't changed either. But I was told my skin color looks good. Must be the coconut oil lol

This all sounds very unfortunate.  I wish I could say I knew what was wrong.  It sounds like you hit a really nasty plateau.
