Robert x OlearyParticipantI do stuff like: Chicken and waffles with real maple syrup(I've seen some people use corn starch).Fruitty pebbles in Skim milk.Tuna(or other lean fish) SushiHomemade Buffalo chicken pizza using lowfat cheeses.Slowchurned (reduced fat) Ice creams.Pretty much just avoid fatty things like butter, fatty dairy, oily foods, and fatty meats. Everything else is pretty fair game.

Brandon D ChristParticipantLow fat meals are easy. Every single dish can easily be made low fat. And if it tastes like shit when you remove that fat out, you just do what most Americans do, dump sugar on it.

Lol well it was supposed to be funny. But it's true. American cooking is so lazy and uncreative. Everything has a sugary sauce dumped on it. Especially if the person preparing it is trying to avoid using a lot of fat.

robkat89ParticipantWell tonight I'm making what I'm calling a chicken broccoli bake (hash brown potatoes, chicken, cheese, broccoli, and cream of mushroom) combined like a casserole. It's smells and looks amazing!!Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
