I've searched for this on the forums already but couldn't find an exact answer so I figured I would ask. I play soccer one night a week, working out and loading the night before, any need for carbs before the game or after? I want to be able to perform at my highest level for 90 minutes but would rather avoid going ULC for a week before the game then loading the night before as I have seen some people suggest. I'm currently backloading 4-5 nights/week after doing 5/3/1.Thanks.
