Hi everyone. I just had a surgery done and I won't be able to train in a few weeks, only slow cardio and easy lower body stuff. I don't want to gain any weight, I still want to get leaner and drop a few pounds, I just dont know what my ratio of protein and fats should look like?I'm a female and at this point around 145-147pounds (66-67kg), and 172cm tall. Appreciate any feedbacks!
CNS was made for the most sedentary person possible. So I'd say you're good to go on CN, also without training.
CN is perfectly fine for not training.
